식물성 염료는 자연의 소재로 염색을 하여 인위적이지 않으며, 자연스러운 느낌의 포근한 색감입니다.
아름다운 노란색으로 염색됩니다.
열대 아시아 원산의 숙근초로 카레 분말의 원료와 한방약으로도 유명합니다.
■ 제품 상세
A - 실크, B - 면, C - 디스폰 처리 후 면
■ 사용 방법
▶ 구성 : 강황, 부직포(망), 고무장갑, 고무줄, 자세한 매뉴얼
▶ 염색 시 필요 재료 : 섬유 원단, 매염제(희망하는 색의 매염제), 디스폰, 끓일 수 있는 용기, 세정시 사용 용기(플라스틱 제품),
저울, 계량 스푼, 계량 컵, 염색용 젓가락, 중성 세제
▶ 원단 준비
1리터의 뜨거운 물(80도 이상)을 준비하여 가볍게 거품이 생길 정도로 중성 세제(식기 세정용)를 넣어 줍니다.
섬유 원단을 5~10분간 담가 둡니다. (중간 중간에 젓가락으로 움직여 줍니다.)
물로 깨끗하게 헹궈 줍니다.
새로운 1리터의 뜨거운 물(80도 이상)을 준비해, 디스폰을 넣어 줍니다. 젓가락으로 잘 저어 줍니다.
디스폰을 넣은 뜨거운 물에 물로 헹군 섬유 원단을 잘 짠 후, 펼쳐서 넣어 줍니다.
염색용 젓가락으로 섬유를 움직여 가며, 약한 불로 15~20분간 가열합니다. 담가 놓기만 하면 염색 시 얼룩의 원인이 됩니다.
섬유 원단을 꺼내 물로 잘 헹궈 낸 후, 가볍게 탈수해 젖은 상태로 둡니다.
※ 실크 원단의 경우, 디스폰 작업은 불필요합니다.
※ 실크 이외의 원단은 디스폰으로 세정을 함으로써 염색이 잘됩니다.
▶ 식물 염료액 제작
강황을 3g을 준비하여, 동봉되어 있는 부직포(망)에 넣고, 고무줄로 묶어 줍니다.
※ 염료의 양 : 염색할 원단 중량의 약 20%
가열할 수 있는 용기에 200ml의 물을 준비합니다.
증발하지 않도록 물을 더해주며 20~30분간 끓여 식물성 염료액을 만듭니다.
식기 전에 강황을 꺼내 식물성 염료액을 다른 용기에 옮깁니다.
앞의 순서와 동일하게 가열할 수 있는 용기에 물을 넣고, 강황을 다시 끓여서 식물성 염료액을 만듭니다.

동일한 방법으로 2~3회 염료액을 끓여 냅니다.
완성된 식물성 염료액을 합쳐 잘 저어 줍니다.
※ 물의 양 : 염색할 원단 중량의 약 15배
▶ 염색[후매염]
식물성 염료액에 물을 더해 염색할 원단이 완전히 잠기는 정도의 양으로 합니다. (손수건 1장일 경우, 약 600ml)
염색할 섬유 원단을 젖은 상태에서 넣어 줍니다.
90도 이상의 온도로 20~30분간 끓이면서 얼룩이 생기지 않게 염색용 젓가락으로 움직여 줍니다.
염색한 원단을 꺼내 가볍게 물로 헹궈 줍니다.
※ 이 때 식물성 염료액을 남겨두는 양에 따라 농도 조절이 가능합니다.
물에 매염제를 용해하여 염색할 원단이 완전히 담가질 수 있는 양으로 만듭니다.
매염제의 양은 각 매염제의 설명을 참고 바랍니다.
그 안에 염색한 섬유 원단을 20~30분간 담가 둡니다. 얼룩이 생기지 않게 잘 저어 줍니다.
마지막으로 흐르는 물에 잘 헹군 후, 건조시키면 완성입니다.

- If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.
